Products available on the website may include ready-made digital invitations, customised digital invitations and other digital products that may be introduced in the future.

2. Eligibility & Use of the Website

By using The Invite Shop or placing an order, you confirm that the information provided by you is accurate and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a transaction.

You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes and not to misuse, interfere with or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website.

3. Products & Services

Product descriptions, previews, images and other information displayed on The Invite Shop are provided to help customers understand the nature of the product or service before purchase.

Digital invitations may contain creative elements such as typography, colours, animations, graphics, music and layouts. The final creative output may vary from previews depending on the selected product and the information provided by the customer.

4. Orders & Payment

An order is considered confirmed only after successful payment has been received and recorded by the applicable payment system.

The Invite Shop reserves the right to decline or cancel an order in circumstances where fulfilment is not reasonably possible, subject to the applicable refund terms.

5. Customised Invitations

Customised invitations are created using the information, photographs, text and other content supplied by the customer.

The customer is responsible for providing complete and accurate information before work begins.

Once creative work has started, the customer cannot cancel the order and the payment remains non-refundable, subject to applicable law and the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Customer-Provided Information

Customers are responsible for checking all information before submitting it to The Invite Shop.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Names and spellings
• Dates and event timings
• Venue and location details
• Photographs
• Contact information
• Other text or content required for the invitation

7. Delivery Timeline

Delivery timelines depend on the product purchased and the nature of the work involved.

For customised digital invitations, delivery is generally completed within approximately 48–72 hours after successful payment and receipt of all required details and content.

Delivery is made digitally through methods such as WhatsApp, email, download link or another suitable digital method.

8. Delays Caused by the Customer

If required photographs, text, event details, corrections, approvals or other information are not provided on time, the delivery timeline may be extended accordingly.

The Invite Shop will not be responsible for delays caused by incomplete, incorrect or late information supplied by the customer.

9. Creative Approval & Revisions

Digital invitation designs involve creative interpretation. Customers may have personal preferences regarding colours, fonts, animation, music, layouts and overall presentation.

Reasonable corrections based on the information originally provided may be considered where applicable and at the discretion of The Invite Shop.

A request for changes or dissatisfaction with the creative output does not automatically create a right to cancel the order or receive a refund.

10. Refund & Cancellation

All refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

In general, payments are non-refundable once an order has been successfully placed, including where the customer changes their mind or does not like the final creative work.

If The Invite Shop cancels an order because we are unable to fulfil it, the customer will receive a full refund of the amount paid for that order.

11. Digital Delivery & Technical Issues

The Invite Shop products are primarily digital and are delivered electronically.

Customers are responsible for providing a valid email address, WhatsApp number or other required contact information and for having a suitable device and internet connection to access the delivered product.

If a delivered file or link is technically inaccessible due to an issue on our side, customers should contact us so that we can review and, where reasonably possible, provide a corrected file or delivery method.

12. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the designs, graphics, layouts, templates, animations, website content, branding and other creative materials provided by The Invite Shop remain protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Customers may use the purchased invitation for their intended personal or event-related purpose, but may not reproduce, resell, redistribute, copy, modify for resale, or commercially exploit The Invite Shop’s original templates or creative assets without prior written permission.

13. Customer Content & Rights

By providing photographs, text, logos, graphics or other materials for a customised invitation, you confirm that you have the necessary rights or permission to provide and use that content for the requested purpose.

You remain responsible for any third-party rights, permissions or claims relating to content supplied by you.

14. Prohibited Use

You must not use The Invite Shop or its products for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, defamatory or otherwise prohibited purposes.

You must not attempt to copy, extract, reverse engineer, reproduce or commercially redistribute website systems, templates or proprietary creative assets without permission.

15. Website Availability

We aim to keep The Invite Shop available and functioning properly, but we do not guarantee that the website will always be available without interruption or technical issues.

Temporary downtime may occur due to maintenance, hosting issues, technical problems, security incidents or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
